With a 4,000 lbs load capacity, the HD4 is the most robust and powerful track system in the powersport industry. The components are so sturdy that the track system requires minimal maintenance.

• Only system fully resistant to high pressure cleaning
• Main axle has bearings bolted for easy replacement
• Independent bearings and seals on all wheels allowing individual replacements
• Grease port integrated into the main axle to facilitate lubrication of the main seal and complete drainage of water after extended immersion
• Track tension visual indicator integrated for quick, easy, tool-free adjustment inspection

SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Inventory management of the Commander product range is simplified due to fastener compatibility between WSS4 and HD4 systems.*

To install tracks on your vehicle, you need:

Step 1 (Choose your HD4 Track kit)

• 493000 HD4 track 4 holes wheel pattern UTV compatible.**
• 493200 HD4 track 5 holes wheel pattern UTV compatible.

Step 2 (Select the proper track adapter depending on your vehicle model)

• You may browse the website using the Search “by vehicle” search tool.
• The A-ARM attachment assembly is the BOM1 part of the track system..

Step 3 (Get the HD4 anti-rotations)***

• 374992 HD4 Front anti-rotation. (BOM2)
• 374993 HD4 Rear anti-rotation. (BOM3)

 *Some exceptions apply. Please, check if your track set is compatible with the weight of your vehicle.

 **A wheel spacer is required for Polaris vehicle with 4 holes wheel pattern. (374999)

 ***Anti-rotation spacers may be required, refer to the table in the product description.
